During our trip to Kayseri we stayed at Moonday Hotel in Talas. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. We especially loved the quality of service in the restaurant and at breakfast. Gülcan Hanım, who looked after us, gave every day a wonderful start with her smile, warmth and attention. Staff who love their work this much really raise the quality of a hotel. Many thanks to the hotel management and to Gülcan Hanım; we will definitely choose this place again.
What I found on arrival was completely different from the rating I had seen. It was clear the rooms were not cleaned regularly; in the bathroom especially, there were other people’s hairs on the walls. Everything was dusty. We moved to another hotel for the second night.
