Discount code

We do not collect your name, phone number or e-mail. Your code is kept in a signed cookie in your browser (mday_hk) so that it can be shown to you again (art. 5(2)(c)). To prevent abuse, your IP address is hashed with a key that changes daily, without storing the raw address, and deleted within 10 minutes (art. 5(2)(f), legitimate interest). This data is collected automatically through the website. Code records (rate, room type, number of nights, amount) are not linked to any person.

Contact form

The first name, last name, e-mail, subject and message you enter are collected through the form to answer your request, stored on the website server and forwarded to the hotel by e-mail (art. 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(f)).

Transfers

To provide the service, data may be transferred to the providers of hosting (Hostinger; server in Germany, backups in France), e-mail and, if you consent, measurement and advertising (Google), and to authorised public bodies where required by law.

Cookies

Essential cookies (mday_dil, which stores your language, mday_cerez, which stores your cookie choice, mday_qr, for the menu opened by QR code, and mday_hk, which shows your code) do not require consent. Measurement and advertising cookies (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) are loaded only with your explicit consent (art. 5(1)); the Google map on the contact page loads only when you ask for it. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object and to claim compensation for damage. You can send your request in writing to the address above or by the other methods in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; it will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
